The Freemove 100L was one of the first boards I got here from Simmer and I must admit it is heaps of fun to sail. Easy planing and actually quite fast top end speed.

What I really like and have to point out is the multiple foot strap position you can use. Those boards are perfect for beginner taking their next step as you can place the strap position very inboard and this makes thing so easy when you learn to go into the foot straps. The relative wide outline of the boards also makes them a lot more stable.

One thing I questioned before i tested them was the flat deck shape and if the stance of the feets would be affected. I was happy to discover that it was no problem at all. Actually the flatter deck really helps with stability (moving around on the boards) and learning jibes as boards with the more domed deck shape, will at times force you to 'pin point' more where to put the pressure on the board.

For freeride and easy blasting the outboard foot strap positions make those boards easy to use with good speed potential and master the jibes in style.

The Simmer Freemove is the unchallenged master of speed and control. No board in this class competes with the Simmer Freemove in either of these categories. Add excellent jibing and great acceleration and you have a true easy riding allrounder that still will give many slalom boards a run for their money. Simmer Freemove has combined some radical shaping concepts into all-round and versatile board. The rocker is a super fast freeride version of the low drag curves that we developed for our Flywave and Freewave boards. Combining the thin deck shape with the boxy rails, the board delivers excellent acceleration and high top-end speed, while still maintaining control and balance. The performance-oriented rocker and rails are combined with a versatile, wide and curvy outline. Together with the carefully constructed v flow a high degree of lift is provided allowing for larger sails and heavier riders. Freemove features easy jibing all though the speed range with very little velocity lost as one exits the gybes and glides thru the lulls.
